American Family Insurance was looking for a way to differentiate themselves from competitors and add a new level of customer engagement while rewarding customers for performing tasks that help protect their homes and families. The DreamKeep Rewards program was developed to provided consumers with the tools they need to make life safer and more secure, but also supported them in achieving their long-term dreams.

We built out the program by creating a user friendly interface and experience to draw customers in and allow them to explore all the possibilities available to them in a logical and entertaining way, and we saw immediate success. Within 2 months of joining, nearly 10% of enrolled members had added an additional policy and 92% of DreamKeep Reward members said the program either met or exceeded their expectations.
